Shift Sync for Square

Your Square schedule, in your calendar

When a manager publishes or changes shifts in Square, they show up in each team member's Google Calendar (or Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that reads calendar feeds) without anyone copying them over.

Business owners and admins

  1. Sign in with Square once and approve read-only access to your team and schedule.
  2. Send each team member their personal link, and share the team schedule link with everyone.
  3. That's it. Published shifts sync automatically from then on.
